My fasciantion with taking photographs began with saving enough bubble gum wrappers to redeem them for a brown box camera.  My grandfather who was a photographer inspired within me  his love for travel and sharing the world through the lens of his camera. I was smitten. The first items in my travel bags were the camera and film. I dreamed about traveling to far away places, experiencing different culture, seeing the art, landscape and animals, recording all it in the form of a lasting memory called photographs.

It wasn't until much later in life that I decided to get some formal education in photography by attending Pennsylvania Area Community College, better known as HACC.  In my second year of schooling, entering my first international competition, my photographs of the reenactment of Gettysburg placed third. The following year a portrait of an infant placed first. In the year 2020 a photograph submitted was nominated as one best for that year. Awarded first place in The Student Expo locally and numerous honorable mentions in the international arena including Tokyo, London and New York, some photographs published in the Lucie Foundation annual book of winners are some the highlights of my career. My photographs have continued to be awarded and published up to this present time.

Listed in Marquis Who's Who in 2021 as an accomplished photographer and a member of PhiTheta Kappa Society.
